I have the honour respectfully to enquire what my pension will be on the 25th. June, 1916, which is the date of
my 58th. birthday.
2. As I have served a long period of my service ne Olark te a Judge of the Supreme Court of Hongkong I think I sught to mentien Rule 1 Sub-rule é of the Pension Minute.
5. Rule 1 Sub-rule é is as followsj- Ie effiser may
be awarded a pension in respect of his serviss in any of the following supasities, vis. Private Secretary or Aide de Camp to the Governor, Clerk to a Judge of the Supreme Court unless
in the permanent Civil Service: apprentiss in a publie deparinent,
Hernal Student or Pupil Tessher.
4. The Pension Minutes which have been published in
Hongkong are as follows: -

int. January, 1902 and published in the
Gazette under Notification No. 452 of 16th. July 1902, 662 of 1905, 528 of 1904, 259 of
1909 and 58 of 1911.
